All our custom built computer systems are covered by a 12 months RTB parts/labour warranty plus an extra 2 years labour warranty unless other terms are agreed. The warranty does not cover consumables, deliberate or accidental damage, any problems caused by computer viruses, software conflicts, any damage caused by environmental conditions such as floods, power surges, lightening strikes etc.

In the event of a problem with a peripheral such as a printer, monitor, notebook, etc., which is covered by the manufacturers warranty, please call the appropriate telephone number below. Items which are dead on arrival or fail within the first 48 hours should be reported to us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
